Help yourself from our extensive cold buffet including fruit juices, choice of cereals, fresh fruit, dried fruit,  creamy homemade yoghurt and sundaes. Home-made preserves and marmalade. Toast is served.

4. CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST:

Delicious warm croissant and pain au chocolat with two kinds of fresh cheese


5. NORTHERN CONTINENTAL:

Boiled egg, cold meat and cheese with crusty roll


6. SCOTTISH DECADENCE

Scrambled eggs with Scottish smoked salmon served with brown bread and butter


7. THE SWEET ALTERNATIVE:

Belgian Waffle topped with fruit and drizzled with honey

We use locally sourced FRESH products whenever possible including sausages and delicious black pudding from our local award winning Portobello butcher, Scottish bacon, local free range farm fresh eggs.   We serve creamy home made yoghurt  and also make our own jams and marmalades.  Where local produce is not possible we prefer fair trade products.
