We have twin bedded (with 2 single beds) and double rooms.
There are no single rooms so when available a double or twin room is allocated for single occupancy and incurs a supplement.
We have a family room with either 3 single beds or a superking bed and a single bed (and a sea view).
Sorry no children under 12 years and no Pets.
Tariff varies dependant on season, duration of stay and occupancy rates.

- Family triple occupancy £34 – £54
- Single occupancy of room £45 – £65

Contact us by phone, email or through the Contact page. We will reply promptly letting you know exact availability and rates including the link to our booking page. This is a secure way to pay a deposit (the cost of the first night’s stay). This is payable through PayPal allowing buyers security and ensuring your card details remain protected. You do not have to have a PayPal account as you can pay through this service with a credit or debit card without a PayPal account making the process both simple and secure.
You can pay the remainder of your stay with us when you are here by cash or with a chip and pin credit or debit card.
In the event of cancellation or failure to fulfil the entire booking we will endeavour to re-let the room. If we can re-le the booking in full we will refund the deposit, retaining only ten (£10) pounds for administration costs. If the booking cannot be re-let in full, the deposit is not refunded. If a guest fails to appear without the courtesy of contacting us the deposit will not be refunded and the room will be open for re-let from 10pm on the day of arrival.
We strongly recommend you to arrange travel insurance to cover cancellation costs.
